Low Season:
January – February –March – April – October – November
$125.00 per hour: The facility is rented on an hourly basis Monday through Thursday 8 am to 8 pm, Friday 8 am to 4 pm, with a 3-hour minimum.
$27.50 per hour: Site manager is required for entire event time including set up and clean up time.
Peak Season:
May – June – July – August – September – December
$150.00 per hour: The facility is rented on an hourly basis Monday through Thursday 8 am to 8 pm, Friday 8 am to 4 pm, with a 3-hour minimum.

At The Yacht Club you will have access free wireless internet compliments of Cherry Creek State Parks. Tables and chairs will be set up to the clients specifications.
For flip charts and audio visual equipment, please call The Yacht Club for a quote.
The Yacht Club will also give you customized quotes for:

Corporate Holiday Parties:
Holiday rates include 2 hours for set up, 4 hours facility use, 1 hour of tear down, tables and chairs. An additional hour may be purchased at $400.00 which includes all Yacht Club staff.
